SIGNAL for agencies

Give clients independent, repeatable evidence for AI visibility, GEO, PR, media and distribution.

SIGNAL gives agencies a consistent measurement layer across clients, brands, markets and campaigns while keeping agency strategy and execution intact. Verify is a way for strong agencies to prove performance, not an anti-agency product.

One measurement system, different agency operating models.

GEO agency

Establish a client visibility baseline, run optimization, track answer and citation movement, and provide a Verify report.

PR agency

Measure narratives, sources and citations; evaluate campaign changes; demonstrate market and language impact.

Media agency

Manage and compare supported AI paid media, connect first-party outcomes and independently audit attribution.

Full-service agency

Operate multi-client measurement, common metric definitions, reporting/export workflows and enterprise governance.

Multi-client architecture keeps reusable methods and client scopes separate.

The operating hierarchy is organization → client → brand → market. Each account can maintain isolated data permissions, client-specific competitor sets, contracted methodology choices, reusable templates, reporting/export context and audit history without collapsing client data into one shared evidence set.

LayerWhat stays scopedWhat can stay reusable
Client / brand / marketProperties, competitors, markets, languages, campaign context and permissions.Approved templates and common metric vocabulary.
MethodologyContracted scope, observation windows and evidence requirements.Versioned definitions and reporting structure.
EvidenceClient observations, claims, reports and audit history.Evidence-class framework and Verify process.

Agency workflow from baseline to defensible report.

  1. Define client scope. Lock brands, markets, languages, platforms, competitor sets and KPI definitions.
  2. Capture the baseline. Measure demand, answer presence, citations, source influence, machine access and first-party outcomes that apply to the engagement.
  3. Execute the agency intervention. GEO, PR, paid media, content or distribution remains under the agency’s operating model.
  4. Measure the same scope again. Do not change metric definitions simply because the post-period result is inconvenient.
  5. Verify the claim. Separate the agency claim from observed SIGNAL metrics, methodology, evidence class and uncertainty.
  6. Deliver client-ready reporting. Show what changed, what did not, what evidence supports the conclusion and what remains uncertain.

Independent proof can strengthen the agency-client relationship.

A Verify report can keep the agency claim distinct from observed SIGNAL metrics and include the measurement scope, methodology version, evidence class, confidence or uncertainty where applicable, and a clear claim-support conclusion.

Conflict-of-interest separation

The agency can continue to own strategy and execution. SIGNAL provides an independent evidence layer so the client does not have to rely only on the party whose work is being evaluated.

See Verify, Methodology and Reports for the evidence and reporting model.

Partner reporting must preserve methodology and audit independence.

If a future or contract-specific partner/white-label reporting program is approved, it must preserve InnMedia methodology attribution where required, evidence definitions, audit independence and the verification conclusion. This page does not represent white-label availability as a generally available capability.

Benchmarks are useful only when client confidentiality is protected.

Agencies can compare anonymized category, market, language, campaign-type or platform-set benchmarks where a governed benchmark dataset exists. Client-level confidential data must not be exposed merely to create a comparison.

Agency portfolios need exports and integration paths without invented API promises.

Common agency needs include metric exports, scheduled reports, client dashboard embedding, BI/data-warehouse access and evidence/report retrieval. Exact supported capabilities and access contracts belong to the API & integrations documentation rather than being invented on this solution page.

Agency measurement layer

Keep the strategy. Add repeatable evidence.
