Scope and acceptance
By accessing or using the public `innmedia.services` website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you use the site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization in relation to the use you make of the public site.
Paid, authenticated, enterprise or otherwise contracted SIGNAL services may include additional terms covering service levels, data processing, permitted use, fees, support, security and liability. If a signed customer agreement conflicts with these public terms for the contracted service, the signed agreement controls for that service.
Acceptable use
You may use the public site for lawful informational, evaluation and business purposes. You must not:
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, infrastructure, administrative interfaces or non-public data;
- interfere with availability, security or normal service operation, including abusive automated traffic or denial-of-service activity;
- introduce malware, exploit code or other harmful material;
- circumvent access controls or probe the service for vulnerabilities except through an explicitly authorized security-testing process;
- misrepresent SIGNAL outputs, documentation or screenshots as independent evidence when context or methodology has been removed;
- copy or redistribute protected site/software materials beyond rights granted by law or an applicable written agreement.
Product descriptions and measurement information
The public website describes SIGNAL capabilities and methodology at a product level. Exact datasets, integrations, permissions, API access, service configuration and commercial commitments depend on the customer's provisioned environment and written agreement.
AI systems are probabilistic and external platforms can change models, retrieval behavior, interfaces, advertising products and access policies. SIGNAL reports measured behavior within defined scopes and observation windows; public product information should not be interpreted as a guarantee that every external AI system will produce identical or persistent results.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website, software, visual design, product names, logos, documentation, methodology text, interfaces, reports and related materials are owned by Innovation Media Services Inc., its affiliates or licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access and use the public site for its intended lawful purpose. No ownership rights are transferred. Third-party names, marks and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Your data, inputs and business communications
If you send information to InnMedia through email or another business contact channel, you represent that you have the right to provide that information for the requested purpose. Do not send sensitive credentials or secrets through public contact channels.
Customer datasets, connected properties and authenticated product inputs are governed by the applicable customer agreement and data-processing terms rather than by this public informational page alone.
Third-party services and external links
The public site may rely on or link to cloud infrastructure, analytics, content-delivery, identity-provider and other third-party services. Those providers operate under their own terms, privacy notices and availability conditions. A link or technical dependency does not mean InnMedia controls the third party or guarantees its service.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the public informational website is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular commercial decision.
Public examples, illustrative metrics and interface demonstrations explain the product. They should not be treated as guaranteed results for a specific customer, market or campaign unless incorporated into a written agreement or supported by a specific SIGNAL report/evidence package.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Innovation Media Services Inc. and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising solely from use of the public informational site. Contracted services remain subject to the liability allocation in the applicable written customer agreement.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Changes, suspension and contact
We may update the public site, remove or modify content, or revise these terms as the service changes. Where permitted by law, continued use after updated terms are published indicates acceptance of the revised public terms.
Questions about these terms can be sent to corporate@innmedia.group.
