This notice applies to the public `innmedia.services` website operated for InnMedia SIGNAL by Innovation Media Services Inc. It describes public web functionality. Product-specific notices may apply to authenticated or contracted services where additional data processing is configured for a customer.
Information that may be processed
Technical request data
IP address, requested URL, timestamp, browser/device characteristics, network and security metadata, and similar information normally generated when a browser requests a web service.
Usage and interaction data
Page views, navigation events, referral source, interaction events and similar product-interest signals collected through site analytics.

The public SIGNAL website uses Google Analytics (`G-N5W19SLEHB`) and Google Tag Manager (`GTM-PC5J766K`). Depending on browser, region and configuration, these technologies may use cookies or similar identifiers and process device, usage and interaction information under the provider's applicable terms and privacy documentation.
Browser controls, privacy extensions and available consent mechanisms may limit cookies or tracking behavior. Blocking analytics should not be required to read the core public site content.
Service providers and international processing
InnMedia uses infrastructure, delivery, security and analytics providers to operate the service. Depending on provider infrastructure and configuration, technical and business information may be processed in more than one jurisdiction. Where required, applicable contractual and legal safeguards are used for provider processing and transfers.
The public website delivery stack includes cloud and edge infrastructure used to store and deliver site content and route public traffic. Provider access is limited to what is necessary for the applicable service role.
Retention and security
Information is retained for periods appropriate to the purpose for which it was collected, the operational needs of the service, security and abuse prevention, dispute management and applicable legal obligations. Different categories may have different retention periods.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service, including controlled infrastructure access and secret-management practices. No internet or storage system can provide an absolute guarantee of security.
Privacy rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent for certain processing. A request may require reasonable verification before we can act on it.
Where a request concerns data processed on behalf of an enterprise customer rather than data controlled directly by InnMedia, we may direct the request to the relevant customer or handle it according to the applicable service relationship.
